Anna-Marina KATSIGIANNI Assistant Professor, University of Patras, Greece

Curriculum Vitae:

 

Anna-Marina Katsigianni studied Modern Greek Literature at the University of Crete and in 1983 she completed her D.E.A. in General and Comparative Literature in Paris (Université de la Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris III). She received a PhD in Modern Literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2001). She has cooperated with distinguished research centres: Foundation of Technology and Research, University of Cyprus, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Hellenic Open University. Since 2007 she teaches Comparative and Modern Greek Literature as Assistant Professor at the Department of Philology, University of Patras.

Her current research interests include: Genre theory, relations between modern Greek and European literature (French, Italian, English), cultural studies, literature of minorities, inter-artistic relations, modern Greek literature and critical discourse, editing. Her studies have been published in scientific journals and Conference Proceedings
