Margarita Petrova was born in 1979 in Athens.
She studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1999-2005) in the studio of Yannis Psychopedis and completed a Master of Fine Arts of ASKT in 2008.
She has showcase in 7 solo exhibitions in Greece, Austria and France and has participated in many group exhibitions in Greece, France, Canada, Albania and Israel. She has worked on the theater (sets, props). Since 2005 she has started to teach theory in schools on visual art fields.
In 2018 she founded the artistic femine group Penelope's Webs. Her art works are in galleries and private collections.
